Sunens Farms Inc., a Joint Venture Partner of Auxly Cannabis Group Inc (OTCMKTS:CBWTF), received a cultivation license from Health Canada for its Leamington, Ontario based 1.1 Sq. Ft. Greenhouse.
Sunens Farms will begin cultivation of high-quality cannabis at its Leamington greenhouse. The JV can commence commercialization of cannabis on a large scale on harvesting immediately; it secured a diverse and large genetic library of strains. Auxly can manufacture branded cannabis products at its Dosecann facility using cannabis sourced from Sunens Farms.
360,000 Sq. Ft. facility
360,000 Sq. Ft. area supports processing, cultivation, and storage activities in the first phase. It will obtain amended licenses for the remaining phases at a later stage this year.
CEO of Sunens Farms, Peter Quiring, said the company established a cannabis growing facility using its expertise gained over 25 years in building world-class and high tech greenhouse facilities in North America and researching the design for cannabis facility. To become a leader in the cannabis space, the company utilized the services of an experienced team in operations, cultivation, and compliance. The company targets to manufacture high-quality cannabis economically.
Organic cannabis
CEO of Auxly, Hugo Alves, said the company achieved a milestone by receiving a cultivation license for Sunens Farms project’s first phase in the shortest possible time. According to Hugo, Sunens Farms will supply economical, high quality, and consistent organic cannabis to produce its branded products at Dosecann facility based in Prince Edward Island.
Dosecann signs accord with GSW Creative
Dosecann LD Inc., a subsidiary of Auxly, entered a manufacturing pact with GSW Creative Corporation Canada Inc (dosist). As per the terms of the pact, Dosecann will manufacture wellness vape products for desist.
Dosecann will offer its distribution channels across the nation to assist dosist in marketing innovative control solutions across the nation besides manufacturing new dose control devices. Dosist will supply newly developed dose pen 100 that comprise high potency THC formulas to the consumers nationwide. Hugo said the company is excited to support dosist with the manufacture of proprietary wellness devices at its Dosecann facility. The arrangement with dosist enables the company to maximize the use of the production facility of Dosecann and supply high-quality products.
