Kona Gold Solutions Inc (OTCMKTS:KGKG) (Kona Gold) posted record revenues in June 2020. Its subsidiary – Kona Gold LLC, reported sales of more than $100,000 in June 2020. Gold Leaf Distribution LLC, a subsidiary of Kona Gold, posted sales of $30,000 in the same month. It is on the backdrop of easing restrictions, and the states commenced opening up businesses.
Gold Leaf distributes beverages and products of Kona Gold in South Carolina and Florida. The company added a beverage truck to satisfy the growing demand for Kona Gold products. It posted record sales in June and continuing MoM growth.
Gold Leaf distributes products to 700 retail locations that comprise 7-Eleven’s, Piggly Wiggly’s, more than 200 Circle K’s, BP’s, and BI-LO’s. It also distributes products to several independent retailers.
CEO of Kona Gold, Robert Clark, said an ongoing coronavirus impacts several companies. Though Kona Gold is not immune to coronavirus crisis, it staged a smart comeback in June 2020 by posting higher sales. With loosening restrictions, Kona Gold is increasing its product rollouts to retail locations and new distributors.
Ships more samples
Robert said Kona Gold reported higher sales through Amazon and garnered more orders from its distribution partners. Increased e-commerce orders and wholesale orders also contributed to the growth in sales volumes. He also said the company is receiving distribution requests for its samples from across the nation. Kona Gold shipped more samples to satisfy the demand.
The company is pursuing new opportunities and negotiating with new distributors in Kansas, Minnesota, West Virginia, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Florida to ramp up growth. Kona Gold is also continuing its works with the largest grocery chain in the Southeast to unveil its Hemp Energy Drinks to their outlets. Its state-wide distributors based in Alabama, Alabev, achieved target sales in Q1 by marketing its hemp energy drinks.
Kona Gold’s distributor in the state of Michigan distributes its hemp energy drinks, unveiled Storm CBD Waters, and HighDrate CBD Waters in June.
HighDrate CBD Waters are offered in flavors like Georgia Peach, Tropical Coconut, Kiwi Strawberry, and Watermelon. The company expects to reach its set revenues of between $6 million and $8 million in 2020.
