Green Cures & Botanical Distribution Inc. (OTCMKTS:GRCU) has entered a lease for a new retail and manufacturing facility for its branded Green Cures products.
New facility in San Luis Obispo
The company closed on the new facility located in the expansive San Luis Obispo downtown in California. It is important to note that this is a fast-growing area with several bustling stores and boutiques that attract a different base of locals, visitors, students, and tourists. Green Cures is currently building the facility’s retail end, which will be a prototype location and a retail center of operations for the national roll-out strategy. Green Cures is also getting the right license to produce premium hemp/CBD beauty, beverages, and food products.
Rich Thomas, the company’s CEO, indicated that this is a massive milestone for Green Cures. He said that it would help the company transition from a company with a few online CBD/hemp products to a brick and mortar Retail Company offering the best-in-class products to consumers. The facility will also act as a manufacturing center for Green Cures’ extensive product line of handcrafted sanitizers and beauty and health products. Thomas explained that the location difference is that the company’s manufacturing facility will be accessible to the public to see the high standards Green Cures employs in the production of its innovative and unique CBD products.
Green Cures focusing on hemp/CBD products
Currently, Green Cures is in the process of recruiting a product development team and master formulator specializing in hemp/CBD products. This will help the company expand its current product line and help open up Green Cures for other new ensuing products currently under development.
Thomas stated that the opening up of this new location means that the company will not depend on other manufacturers for its products’ development and manufactures. Therefore this will give the company control over its products and brands. As a result, the company will maximize its profit margins and do away with intermediaries in distribution and directly offer their products.
