SIRC an integrated, single-source solar power and roofing systems installation company, announced the signing of a binding term sheet to acquire Balance, LLC, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm. Tomorrow morning, SIRC could test major resistance on a long term bounce.
Plyzer Technologies Inc. (OTCMKTS:PLYR) Up Almost 200%
Subpenny, Plyzer Technologies, Inc. had a crazy day, trading almost 1 and a half billion shares or six times it’s average daily volume, PLYR stock went from it’s open of $0.0009 per share and closed at it’s high of $0.0024. Closing at the day’s high is a strong indicator that momentum will continue Wednesday. Without much news on the company, momentum is all we have to go on, so be careful.
Good Vibrations Shoes, Inc. (OTCMKTS:GVSI) Another Hot Subpenny Mover
Like PLYR, GVSI stock traded nearly 1.5 billion shares, that volume dwarfs its average of just below 70 million shares. This increased volume resulted in a 137% move.
