MPX International Corp (OTCMKTS:MPXOF) signed an IP licensing accord with Blackhawk Growth Corp (OTCMKTS:BLRZF).
As per the terms of the agreement signed on March 18, 2021, MPX received an irrevocable and exclusive license to manufacture cannabis edibles like soft chewables, sorbet, and infused cheesecake.
Canveda signs a deal
Canveda Inc, a subsidiary of MPX, signed a manufacturing pact with Canngroup Development Corp on March 22, 2021. As per the terms of the deal, Canngroup will manufacture licensed products like infused cheesecake, sorbet, and soft chewables for Canveda.
Canngroup installed specialized equipment at its facility to increase production and ensure stringent quality standards.
MPX will market licensed products under Strain Rec, the recreational brand, to the provincial authorities. It will also sell these products through the distribution channels of Canveda.
COO (Canada) of MPX, Michael Arnkvarn said the company is searching for an edible partner for its Strain Rec brand. It recognized the potential of the products of Blackhawk immediately. The company is excited to sell these products through provincial regulators. Since there is a growing demand for edibles, the company expects the consumers will well receive its products.
MPX expects to commence initial shipment of certain SKUs before April end. These products will strengthen its position in the recreational market.
