The actual announcement for the same was made by the company back on June 7. The move has been made by the company since it has now transitioned into a pure play hydrogen fuel technology company.
The announcement about the transition was done by the company on June 1. In the past, it was an investment issuer and that was reflected in its name. However, it is now a single purpose company and is going to be solely involved in the hydrogen fuel space. It is also necessary to point out that PowerTap is going to continue to trade under the ticker symbol MOVE.
