There has been no news about CAVU Resources Inc (OTCMKTS:CAVR) for many weeks now and hence, it is not perhaps a surprise that the stock is moving within a range.

The last time any news emerged about the company was back on June 21 this year when the company announced that it was going to change its name to LiveToBeHappy Inc from CAVU Resources Inc.
It goes without saying that it is a significant move from any company. At the quarterly meeting of the company’s board of directors, the decision to change the name to LiveToBeHappy was voted on by the directors and the motion passed. At the time, the company announced that the changes were going to go into effect immediately right after submitting the necessary documents to the State of Nevada.
The company operates residences and communities and the management believes that change in name reflects its goals as a business. It remains to be seen if there is any strong move in the stock either way in the coming days.
