Creator of MediPendant and iHelp personal medical alarm devices, Wearable Health Solutions (OTCMKTS:WHSI) on August 17, 2021, announced the acquisition of assets of mHealthCentral.com as well as its technology including mHealth Central Cloud Management and Automation platform or BAAS technology dealer portal in its next-generation iHelp MAX cellular and telehealth-ready mobile medical device.
