The lawsuit had been filed last September in Clark County, Nevada at the Eighth Judicial District Court. As part of the mutually agreed resolution of the lawsuit, none of the parties admitted to either fault or liability.

Peterson is a seasoned professional in the cybersecurity industry and an inventor. High Wire Networks Inc revealed that the appointment would go into effect on July 17, 2023.

In his role, Peterson would be responsible for the company’s Overwatch Cybersecurity product strategy and development. He boasts of more than three decades of experience in sales engineering, product development, and technological innovation.
