Yesterday Limitless X Holdings Inc announced that the emergence of its counterfeit products in the distribution channels had come as a detrimental effect to its business. The company announced yesterday that was going to go for robust steps so as to protect its brand partners and customers from such products.

The company also revealed that it was going to pursue legal action against those who had been selling its products illegally through popular online platforms like eBay, Walmart, and Amazon among others. The counterfeiters had been using the success enjoyed by the brand and the trademark to sell replica products that are unauthorized. The labeling is often replicated through unapproved packaging practices.

Clean Vision Corporation (OTC:CLNV) – The company announced yesterday that it had mutually agreed to a global settlement with Christopher Percy and Daniel Bates in relation to a lawsuit that had been filed by Clean Vision Corporation. The lawsuit had been filed last September in Clark County, Nevada at the Eighth Judicial District Court. As part of the mutually agreed resolution of the lawsuit, none of the parties admitted to either fault or liability.

All the parties agreed that everyone and in particular, the shareholders of Clean Vision, would be better served without going through the expenses and uncertainties that are brought on by litigation. High Wire Networks Inc (OTC: HWNI) – The globally managed cybersecurity and technology enablement company was in focus yesterday after it announced it had appointed John Peterson as its new Chief Product Officer. Peterson is a seasoned professional in the cybersecurity industry and an inventor. High Wire Networks Inc revealed that the appointment would go into effect on July 17, 2023.

In his role, Peterson would be responsible for the company’s Overwatch Cybersecurity product strategy and development. He boasts of more than three decades of experience in sales engineering, product development, and technological innovation. He had worked in these roles at some of the world’s biggest companies like Cisco Sytems and Eriksson among others.
