The company, which has a majority stake in ILUS International Inc, announced that back on January 18 it had inked a definitive share purchase agreement with regards to the acquisition of a 52% stake in Quality International Co Ltd FZC. It was a significant new announcement from the company and the stock climbed by as much as 13% last Friday amidst significant interest.
Quality International is a company that is based out of the United Arab Emirates and has been involved in the manufacturing sector for than twenty years. The company controls manufacturing facilities totalling an area of 10 million square feet and employs a workforce of more than a 1000. Some of the company’s customers include such behemoths as Sasol, ANDOC, Shell, Total, Cheveron and BP among many others.
