Delta 9 Cannabis Inc. (OTCMKTS:VRNDF) Hits Milestone in Strategic Collaboration Agreement With Prairie Trichomes

Delta 9 Cannabis Inc. (OTCMKTS:VRNDF) has announced the completion of its final services milestone under the agreement with Micro Cultivation partner, Prairie Trichomes an arm’s length third in which Delta 9 has no interest or ownership control.

Delta 9 signed a strategic corporation agreement with Prairie Trichomes

Prairie Trichomes is one of Delta 9’s Micro Cultivation partners which signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Delta 9. Delta 9 will provide services related to cannabis production facility construction and design. It also offers sanitation programs and standard operating procedures as well as consulting on licensing from Health Canada and other services that support license acquisition.Prairie Trichomes confirmed on September 18, 2020, that it had achieved the final milestone under the Strategic Corporation Agreement and Health Canada had granted it a cannabis micro cultivation license.

John Arbuthnot, Delta 9’s CEO and Founder indicated that they are pleased that Health Canada had granted Prairie Trichomes a license for the novel and turnkey “Grow Pod” systems. He added that Prairie Trichomes is another one of Delta 9’s rural farmers that have become a micro cultivator in Manitoba. Arbuthnot said that the company’s Grow Pods sales pipeline and services are strong and the micro cultivation services to cannabis operators seeking to produce high-quality cannabis.

Delta 9’s cannabis production approach depends on a scalable, modular, and stackable prediction unit referred to as “Grow Pod.” They are retrofitted to 40-foot shipping containers and the Prairie Trichomes has been designed using the ultramodern Grow Pod system. Delta will be purchasing premium cannabis products from Prairie for distribution across its branded retail stores and distribution network.

Dell Carritt, Prairie Trichome’s CEO stated that they are delighted to receive the license and plan to grow premium craft cannabis products. Carritt said that the company is planning to open a cannabis outlet in Neepawa in Manitoba which will showcase branded cannabis products and materials from Delta 9. Prairie Trichome runs a 4th generation farm with over 5,000 sq. ft. cultivation facility in Carberry, Manitoba.
