Inner Spirit Holdings Ltd. (OTCMKTS:INSHF) Appoints Frank Rochon To The Board As It Expands Across Canada

Inner Spirit Holdings Ltd. (OTCMKTS:INSHF) announced the reconstitution of its Board of Directors with Frank Rochon joining as a new director. The company offered store opening updates and growth of the Spiritleaf cannabis retail store network.

Frank Rochon to join the Board’s audit committee

Darren Bondar, CEO, and President of Inner Spirit, indicated the company wants to create a team with experience and expertise in the industry to support their expansion strategy. Inner Spirit seeks to become an iconic cannabis retail company in Canada and offer education to consumers on safer and legal ways of consuming cannabis.

Rochon will be a member of the Board audit committee, joining a robust and experienced team of directors. He has been the managing partner and vice chairman at Deloitte, where he has been for over 20 years, having held various roles. He was in the Global Executive leadership of Deloitte as a member for more than 8-years.

Inner Spirit expanding its stores across Canada

Inner Spirit has continued expanding its retail network and recently opened its 54th Spiritleaf retail store in Alberta on Highway 2 Red Deer’s Gasoline Alley. Another Franchise store is lined up in Calgary on Macleod Trail and another on Fish Creek village waiting for licensing. Equally, the company secured more franchise locations in Calgary and two other corporate retail locations in Edmonton in anticipation of an increase of having more stores licensed to take advantage of the 45 permitted stores.

Similarly, in Ontario, the company launched two franchise stores, plus a corporate-owned outlet has secured permits from the Ontario Alcohol and Gaming Commission. Its corporate-owned outlet in Nepean in Ottawa will open on July 27, bringing the total number of stores opened in July to 58. In recent weeks Inner Spirit has been on a store-opening spree in Ottawa, Guelph, and Toronto. By the end of this month, the company expects to have nine operational Spiritleaf locations in Ontario as they await the additional 16 that are still under development.
