1933 Industries Inc. (OTCMKTS:TGIFF) has announced that it entered a distribution agreement with CBD Plus for its Canna Hemp™ product line. CBD Plus is the most trusted and largest supplier of CBD products in the US.
1933 Industries partners with CBD Plus
The company announced that Infused MFG, its wholly-owned subsidiary, and MCV Enterprises LLC have entered a Master Services and Supply Agreement for marketing and sale of Canna Hemp™ products. MCV Enterprises is an Oklahoma-based company that conducts business as CBD Plus and CBD Plus the USA. It will offer the Canna Hemp™ products at the corporate-owned and franchisee CBD Plus physical retail locations. This is a one-year deal that includes a trial period of 45 days effective immediately.
It is important to note that CBD Plus focuses on the Southern and Midwest US with around 120 locations. The supplier has been growing operations in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, Maryland, and North Carolina. The collaboration with CBD Plus is a huge milestone for 1933 Industries in its path of building the Canna Hemp™ product line in the US. The US market is a potential CBD market, and Brightfield Group estimates that CBD sales in the US will hit $12.4 billion by 2023 and around $16.4 billion by 2025.
