Eve & Co Incorporated (OTCMKTS:EEVVF) has announced the signing of a licensing agreement with Dr. Kerklaan therapeutics through its wholly-owned subsidiary Natural MedCo ltd.

Through the agreement, the company will receive exclusive licensing rights for the manufacture, promotion, distribution, and selling of products under the Dr. Kerklaan Therapeutics brand in Canada. The company might also sell the products as co-branded products or under the Eve & Co brand. The products the company will sell include Natural CBD Sleep Cream, Natural CBD Relief Stick, Natural CBD PMS Cream, and Natural CBD Skin Cream.
Equally the agreement provided for product development and marketing collaborations between the companies and possible expansion beyond current markets for Dr. Kerklaan Therapeutics in the UK, the US, and Canada. The companies entered the agreement for an initial five years from December 202, with an option of another five years in favor of NMC with licensing royalties. Eve & Co anticipates commencing the manufacture and distribution of cannabis-infused topicals for the Canadian market in Q1 2021.
