Zelira Therapeutics Ltd (OTCMKTS:ZLDAF) signed a binding licensing pact with Alternative Solutions. The agreement allows the company to expand the distribution of HOPE line products in the US.
HOPE lines of products are developed to treat autism patients. Zelira plans to market this best selling product in Q2 2021 in the legalized medical cannabis market. Managing Director and CEO of Zelira, Oludare Odumosu said the company is excited to partner with a leading player in the Washington DC medical use cannabis market and unveil the HOPE line of products in Washington DC. The deal allows the company to provide more patients across the nation access to its HOPE line of products.
HOPE line of products in Pennsylvania
Zelira currently offers HOPE line products in Pennsylvania under a pact with Ilera Healthcare. The company also offers the treatment to autism patients in Louisiana through a pact with Advanced Biomedics LLC.
CEO of AS (Alternative Solutions), Matt Lawson-Baker said the company is pleased to enter a pact with Zelira to introduce HOPE products in the medical cannabis market of Washington DC. The patients as well as their families will get access to the treatment they deserve using the legalized medical cannabis program.
Forms a subsidiary – Oral Care Products
Zelira created a subsidiary called Oral Care Products (OCP). The company plans to develop hemp-derived and scientifically develop CBD based oral care products in a pact with SprinJene, a dental care company based in the US.
Introduces first proprietary toothpaste
Zelira will introduce a toothpaste product developed by Sayed Ibrahim, the founder, and CEO of SprinJene soon in the US. Its ingredients include cannabinoids like CBD.
The GMP contract manufacturing company based in New Jersey, Health and Natural Beauty USA Corp engages in the production of Halal Oral Care products. Zelira’s first oral care products will be manufactured at this production facility.
SprinJene products are offered through retailers like Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, Costco, Walmart, and VitaCost. Ibrahim said the company is pleased to enter a pact with Zelira. The alliance allows SprinJene to feature its products in the Oral Care segment and improve its reach. Zelira will focus on unlocking CBD based applications benefits to the communities.
