HUMBL (OTCMKTS:HMBL), a digital money network (based in San Diego, California), which facilitates digital pairing experiences for consumers and merchants worldwide, has announced the inclusion of Peter M. Schulte to their Board of Directors. His role will be that of an independent director.
Mr. Schulte is a graduate from Harvard College and has a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management from Yale University. Currently, he is the Managing Partner and Co-founder of private equity firm CM Equity Partners. He has vast knowledge and expertise in the public and private debt and equity financing and M&A domain, having honed his skill for years at Salomon Brothers. He has dabbled in large systems marketing as well at IBM’s Data Processing Division.
Mr. Schulte’s achievements don’t end there, as he has established a couple of successful publicly traded companies – ICF International and ATS Corporation. As of now, he is still a member of the Board of Directors at Black ICE Holdings, Citizant, JANUS Research Group, and many others.
