Better Choice Company Inc (OTCMKTS:BTTR) reported a QoQ growth of 17.54% to $13.4 million in Q1 2021. It is on the backdrop of strong growth in global sales and online sales.

Enters a pact with Justin Turner
Better Choice signed a pact with Justin Turner, an All-Star Third Baseman, and his wife – Kourtney Turner. Scott said the company is thrilled to work with Kourtney, Justin, and their two pups – Rigby and Moonshine.
The company will work together with Justin, Kourtney, and their pups to promote the growth of the Halo brand globally and in the domestic market.
Appoints Gil Fronzaglia
Better Choice appointed Gil Fronzaglia to its director board. Chairman of Better Choice, Michael Young, said the company is excited to welcome Gil to its board of directors. Gil is also a founder of Blue Buffalo and gained expertise in the pet space.
In his previous stints, Gil developed and divested several consumer packaged goods companies in the beverage and natural food industry. Gil will contribute invaluable contacts and deep knowledge in the industry to expedite the growth of Better Choice.
Young further said the company looks forward to listing company on a major stock exchange in North America. The addition of Gil to the director board is a significant milestone for Better Choice.
Commenting on his appointment, Gil said he is pleased to enter the animal health and wellness industry again at this exciting time. He will support the executive team at Better Choice and strengthen its fortunes.
Attracts a strategic investment of $2.7 million
Better Choice raised a capital of $2.7 million from its management and insiders. The company will use the proceeds for expanding its product lines like ultra-premium products, CBD, and Vegan.
Scott said the latest investment would help the company to accelerate the timeline for growth and become an innovative pet food company worldwide. He expressed pleasure in mobilizing funds from its management and insiders.
