Rubicon Organics Inc. (OTCMKTS:ROMJF) Partners With PAX Labs To Expand Cannabis 2.0 Offering

Rubicon Organics Inc. (OTCMKTS:ROMJF) has announced the signing of a distribution agreement with cannabis vaporization tech leader PAX Labs Inc.

Rubicon to launch PAX ERA system cannabis pods

According to the agreement, the licensed cannabis producer, which focuses on organic certified cannabis, will launch pods for the closed-loop PAX ERA system. This launch will be under the Simply Bare™ Organic brand filled with formulated extracts from the organically cultivated cannabis in Delta B.C. Rubicon will fill the cannabis oil pods with PAX® ERA Pro™ and PAX® ERA premium vaporizers under the agreement.

It is likely the PAX pods will be available for distribution in 1H 2021. This agreement is a second partnership signed by the company for distributing Cannabis 2.0 products. Recently, the company entered an agreement with Wildflower Brands Inc. to manufacture and distribute Wildflower CBD Cool Sticks and CBD Relief Stick.

Jesse McConnell, the CEO of Rubicon, said that the agreement is in line with the premium quality organic cannabis products that the company produces. It also matches the high-quality vaporizers they distribute for Canadian consumers. McConnell said that the company’s organic cannabis delivers an enhanced terpene profile via the proprietary growing techniques for the selective pot consumers. He added that they are looking forward to partnering with PAX since their vaporizer devices are the best in class in enhancing user experience.

Rubicon to leverage PAX tech

The President of the company Tim Roberts said that their innovative pipeline is gathering momentum. Roberts said that the partnership with PAX is exciting, and it enables the company to accelerate its premium Cannabis 2.0 product range to include Vape products. He added that the company plans to leverage the tech partnership with its rare new strains and brands.

PAX Labs’ General Manager Canada and International Tim Pellerin said they are delighted to bring the organically certified Rubicon cannabis to their customers. He said that both brands share craftsmanship and an ethos of quality, and they look forward to delivering the terpene-rich experiences to discerning customers by next year.
