Starfleet Innotech Inc and European Biological Medicine Inc signed a Memorandum of Understanding for developing as well as operating an integrative care facility in Palawan, Philippines. Starfleet’s executive team met with EBMI leadership to finalize places as well as formalize the agreement in Malaysia. A ceremony, as well as a site visit, is being planned for quarter two of the year.

EBMI, a subsidiary of the European Wellness Biomedical Group, an award-winning medical group, is known for developments in immunomodulation, stem cell therapeutics, biological peptides, and biological regenerative medicine. Its portfolio comprises multinational business divisions operating in emerging fields of biological regenerative medicine besides product distribution across 80 countries.

The company is headquartered in Germany and Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, and owns a growing network of 26 internationally-accredited Wellness Centers. It has manufacturing facilities in Germany, the United States, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

The signing between Starfleet and EBMI is a new chapter in integrative care in the Philippines with the creation of a state-of-the-art wellness center. This will be placed in Starfleet’s $50 million eco-luxury community project in Peurto Princessa, Palawan, a project under real estate firm Moraya. With an initial focus on the Philippines, Moraya is exploring new technologies in data as well as integrative medicine.

Moraya’s Buenavista project will provide a nourishing environment for both long-term and short-term visitors to reconnect with nature. The tropical design evokes the warmth of Filipino hospitality. EBMI will aim to scale up the global adoption of Swiss and German medical paradigms using Starfleet’s global network. Furthermore, Starfleet’s leadership also met major family offices and investor groups from Malaysia and Indonesia, which would lay the foundation for significant local capital raising to support Moraya’s Buenavista project.

A global investment holding company, Starfleet Innotech is focused on innovation through the identification of disruptive collaborations in three key industries including Food and Beverage, Real Estate, and Technology.

Founded in 1991, European Wellness Biomedical Group is renowned for pioneering development in immunomodulation, stem cell therapeutics, biological peptides, and biological regenerative medicine.
